I guess the demolition didn’t go as planned.
But man, I wonder how much more difficult it will be to demolish it?
As a kid, I always thought the military could help out by dropping a bomb on it for target practice.

Looks like the building topples into someone else's lot. Perhaps the first owner could argue it is the responsibility of the new "windfall" owner to complete the destruction?
