From last night’s episode, it appears that Kate has taken Clair’s baby Aaron as her own for one reason or another.
Does that mean that Aaron is one of the Oceanic 6?Â
So far we know the Oceanic 6 includes Jack, Kate, Hurley, and Sayid.

I wondered the same thing. How is she going to explain Aaron? She was pregnant before the crash and had the baby on the island?
I’m assuming that Ben is not considered a “survivor”.
I think my head is going to explode.
Or….. she could have been lying to Sawyer. Jack might not have wanted to see the baby because he didn’t know if it was his or not.
At some point they all made a decision to pact together on the whole “way off the island” and what actually happened. I don’t recall knowing that Jack and Kate slept together but might have missed something. I think the reason Jack doesn’t want to see Aaron is that it is Sawyer’s and Kate was lying to Sawyer. Jack thought he still had a Sawyer-less relationship ahead of him and could finally have Kate all alone to himself. But Aaron is the reminder of the divided heart. I also think that Kate wasn’t truthful and that is why she was so dissappointed and looked back at Sawyer the way she did. Remember that the Others went after the pregnant for research…this could have been her way of avoiding that possible scenario as long as Ben was still around and kicking. She is quite a defensive thinker most of the time.
But then again…I have just wasted my time typing a 5 minute comment on a show that is leading me into a wasteful Thursday night lifestyle.

Remember, that Aaron is supposedly Jack’s nephew, if in fact, him and Claire are brother/sister. So either he doesn’t know that he shares a father with Claire, therefore, innocently shunning Aaron when is really is Aaron….. OR he does know but it doesn’t matter cause he knows that Aaron is really Kate and Sawyer’s island love child and she gave it Aaron’s name in his honor?
I need a life.
Well, I thought Kate called him "Eric" at the end… but now wondering if she did say "Aaron" after all. That would make more sense as to how the episode ended.
Then again, think how old he is at that time. We don't know exactly how much time has passed since they got off the island, so that might be Kate and Sawyer's child. Maybe she just liked the name Aaron…?
As for the Oceanic Six, I think Jin and Sun will be included. Sun doesn't seem to be worried about her father anymore since she's wanting to raise her child in Korea. Plus, if she stays on the island, she's likely to die. Maybe Jin stays behind so he won't get pulled back into working for her father again…
That would leave one spot open, for Ben maybe? I don't think he's one of the six, though. Yes, he could have doctored passports and other identifying documents, but he's obviously been off the island many times. I don't think he's limited to the now-exploded submarine, either. I don't think he'd want the publicity that comes with being one of the six.
I'm spending way too much time analyzing this!
