WACO – School administrators gave a 4-year-old student an in-school suspension for inappropriately touching a teacher’s aide after the pre-kindergartner hugged the woman.
A letter from La Vega school district administrators to the student’s parents said that the boy was involved in “inappropriate physical behavior interpreted as sexual contact and/or sexual harassment” after he hugged the woman and he “rubbed his face in the chest of (the) female employee” on Nov. 10.
Sexual misconduct has become our culture’s favorite topic. So much so, I wonder if this kid’s mug will be posted on one of the “sex offender” sites. Which brings me to another topic.
Non-consent sexual relations are despicable. The sensationalism and pre-occupation with sex offenders is also despicable, and much more prevalent. It’s on the news nightly. Who among us has not logged into one of the registered sex offenders web sites to gauk at the “perverts” in our neighborhoods, simply for the entertainment value. I say, get over it American, and find a more productive way to expend your psychosexual energy. And as for the registered sex offender web sites . . . these people did the crime and did the time. They paid their debt to society; leave them alone.

It is a crying shame when a 4 year old child cannot hug his teacher w/o causing such indecent thoughts on the part of the adults in the situation! Believe me, NO 4 year old child has any premeditated thoughts of sexual misconduct……………..they just like to hug and be hugged back. And, those actions should be a “many times a day” activity of the parents of these children!!!
Good grief. Paranoia run rampant….someday, someone will wish that little boy wanted to give hugs again….
