Quail eggs! That takes me back to my graduate school days when I was doing research on the social transmission of acquired behaviors in Cortunix Cortunix Japanica (Japenese quail). I had quail eggs coming out my ears. I would usually hard boil them and take them to parties. Anything more was too tedious. Taste? Not bad, but a bit gamey.
To correct Uncle’s comment……one would think w/ all his education and knowledge he could spell “Japanese”! Once again………..the lowly B.A. degree shines!!!!!
