I really love making 3d cakes. I enjoy the challenge and the outcome is more gratifying than a well sheet cake.
What I’m most interested in knowing is how many layers of cake was used and how did you shape the helmet? If you would like to chat with an cake hobbyist please help me learn.
By the way…I’m going to take a crack at this on Wednesday the November the 12th. Your quick response would be helpful in my prep work.
