• Things are starting to get ugly.  I noticed One Tough Grandma was doing some Gov Good Hair bashing, but I was a little surprised that Gov Good Hair decided to attack Chris Bell with this ad.  Well, now that I think about it, it doesn’t surprise me.
• At the after church dinner last night I was informed that Democrat Chris Bell went to a worship service at Higland Park United Methodist Church recently.  He was told he could attend, but not campaign because “this is George W. Bush’s church.”  W use to worship there when he lived in the area, as did Tom Landry and other rich folks.
• It was also mentioned last night that a high school teacher asked her students to go to the websites of each of the candidates for governor and research his or her stance on certain issues.  Turns out none of the students could access the Kinky Friedman website from school because the school’s “web-filter” had it blocked.  That made me think of the question, “What’s in a name?”  I wonder how Kinky might respond if he knew of this.
