Long Lost Love Child of JFK?

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 13 (UPI) — A man alleged to be the love child of former U.S. President John Kennedy revealed his name and a photo to a Canadian newspaper in Vancouver Wednesday.Vanity Fair magazine has been quietly working on the story of the man for more than a year and a half but the New York Post broke the story last week about the man, who bears a strong resemblance to the late president. He retained his U.S. citizenship and married a Canadian woman and has lived in Vancouver, British Columbia, for the past six months. He told Canada’s Globe and Mail newspaper his name is Jack Worthington and showed a passport in which his date of birth is listed as Nov. 22, 1961. That’s two years to the day before Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas.

If Worthington is Kennedy’s son, he would have been conceived soon after Kennedy’s inauguration, the newspaper said.

Worthington said his mother was from Texas and had been introduced to Kennedy by U.S. Vice President Lyndon Johnson, the report said.

90 Day Jane A Living, Breathing Hoax

HOAX UPDATE: I’m going to kill myself in 90 days

UPDATE:

The website is back up, and it turns out to be an “art” project.

90DayJane is a personal art piece about me. It was meant for me and (what I ignorantly thought would be) a small number of people who might find it on BlogSpot. It is the result of me tapping into the darkest part of myself and seeing where it led. What I have written and filmed, at its core, is from a place of truth. I am the girl in the videos. I have great disappointment with my generation and its obvious obsession with celebrity culture rather than their fellow man, thus the former Chuck Palahniuk reference.

I wanted this blog to be about personal discovery and truth. But the correspondences I have received have taught me more about those qualities than I could ever express. 90DayJane has become its own entity and has influenced me. In fact, it has changed my perspective as a human being.

I feel a massive sense of responsibility to my art, but more importantly the readers of this blog. My closeness to this project must have made art seem like reality to many people. That is not a reaction that I expected nor can I morally justify. This is why my project, 90DayJane, will be taken down in the next few days.

90DayJane was meant to mirror the tragic figure, Christine Chubbuck. Newscaster Christine Chubbuck committed suicide in 1974 by shooting herself in the head live on air. She was very vocal about her depression to those around her and gave every indication of her exact intentions leading up to the event. Sadly, no one reacted or helped Christine and those left behind could only ask “why”.

I was wrong about Jason Kidd

Back in 1995 I thought Jason Kidd was an idiot for saying this when he was drafted by the lowly Mavs:

We’re going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

But since he’s now coming back to Dallas, that quote almost makes sense.  It’s even a little prophetic.

And if this trade is true . . . Dallas gave up wayyyyy too much for this trade.  CBS Sportsline is reporting this as the details:

The Nets agree to trade All-Star point guard Jason Kidd and Malik Allen to the Mavericks for Devin Harris, Jerry Stackhouse, Devean George, DeSagana Diop, Maurice Ager, two first-round picks and cash.
