- DaughterGeeding continues to improve in softball. Yesterday she struck out once, but got on base two or three other times because of walks. And, this time, she made it to home base and scored for her first time. She also played second base. A ball was hit right at her and she caught it for an out, and she was responsible for getting a few other outs. It’s neat watching your child build confidence. I think she’s doing well as a seventh-grader playing on a varsity team.
