  • DaughterGeeding and I like to watch certain television shows together. Young Sheldon is one of them and the season premiere was last night. The star of the show has gone through a growth spurt and his deeper voice is noticeable and a distraction.
  • DaughterGeeding, BoyGeeding, and I also like to watch She-Hulk. I was wondering how true it would hold up to the comic. I’m glad to say it does so quite well, especially when it comes to breaking the fourth-wall. I had fairly low expectations, but it’s been a delight.
  • I really wish I could make a major career change right now, but obligations like child-support makes that impossible.
  • Coolie died. Of all things I think about when it comes to him, I remember him being on Bill Maher’s first panel on his very first Politically Incorrect show on ABC.
  • If I coached the Cowboys, I would occasionally hold practices at AT&T Stadium during the same time a game would be played just to get used to how the sun comes radiating through. They should turn that distraction into an advantage.

  • Texas now the nation’s biggest emitter of toxic substances into streams, rivers and lakesA new report puts Texas above the Great Lakes states for industrial discharges into waterways for the first time since the analysis began in 2009.
  • Marjorie Taylor Greene’s husband is divorcing her. In a statement, she praised that despite the parting of ways, he is a great and loving father. Even she can end things amicably. You have no idea how much it hurts that the mother of your own children think you are a terrible dad. At least, as far as I know, a polyamorous tantric sex guru wasn’t involved.

  • Queen Elizabeth II died of old age, death certificate shows
    • Death fascinates me, and I’ve done a lot of research on the subject. In the U.S., old age cannot be put on a death certificate as a cause of death.
      • “Old age” is not truly a cause of death in and of itself. To “die of old age” means that someone has died naturally from an ailment associated with aging. The same usually goes for “dying of natural causes.”
      • Today doctors and coroners are pressed to specify a cause of death, so the terms “old age” and “natural causes” are rarely used. They are expected to list both the immediate and underlying cause of death. For instance, a person who had a heart attack and died may have their immediate cause of death listed as “cardiac arrest” and their underlying cause of death as “heart disease.” In the past, an elderly person who died in such a manner may have had their death classified as a “natural cause” or “old age,” but this in increasingly less common.
      • In cases when the root cause isn’t clear, sometimes a generic term like “multiple organ failure” or “debility” will be listed, but “natural causes” or “old age” as an official cause of death has gone the way of the buffalo. That said, these terms live on in public discourse.
  • A girl in one of my college classes used to be in this show – ‘Barney’ documentary exposes dark side of beloved children’s series
    • They were violent and explicit, death and dismemberment of my family,” he says. “They were gonna come and find me, and they were going to kill me.
  • Wouldn’t a condom on a mic muffle the sound? I’m sure that’s the case and another mic is picking up her audio. Her reasoning doesn’t make sense to me.
