Those types of Hummers sit on the chassis of a suburban, so no they aren’t that tough at all. I drive an ’08 Suburban and I can tell you that I felt so much safer in my ’05 Dodge Heavy Duty 2500 4X4 Diesel Quad-cab. Dang that was a mouth full, but it was one T-O-U-G-H little ride that got too expensive to drive!
