There’s a building in Plano, TX that was once a church, then turned into a day care, and was recently bought by group of Vietnamese Baptist wanting to turn the building back into a church. However, the city of Plano says no because non-residential buildings located in residential areas need to be on a lot that is at least two acres in size. This building which was originally a church is on a 1.2-acre lot. The church members are suing.
