I took DogGeedingII to the vet, and she was able to confirm he’s got a torn ACL. Surgery will cost about $2,000. Because he’s not in pain, he just can’t put weight on his leg, we’re not going to get the surgery. For now, he’s on anti-inflammatories and getting a lot of rest.
Franklin D. Roosevelt is to radio as John F. Kennedy is to television as Donald J. Trump is to Twitter.
I don’t care how great Dak Prescott becomes, but I’ll always associate the Cowboys number four with Mike Saxon.
I totally understand why the Republican-controlled Congress wants to repeal and replace Obamacare, but it would help public perception and confidence if they at least could provide a bit of a framework of what they want to replace it with. I get this is a new congress class, but the party has been campaigning against it since its inception, surely they have an idea of a framework and how it’s gonna work.
Seventy-seven-year-old Fred Willard was a guest star on ‘Modern Family’ last night. He thin, almost like he was very ill. Also, Kelsey Grammar was also a guest star and his character’s name was “Keifth”. Man, as if I don’t have enough problems with people making fun or getting my name wrong.
Cheez-Its was mentioned on the show, and then a commercial for the product aired.
That show is in its eighth season, I would have guessed it hasn’t aired any more than five. Time flies, yo.
NCAA rules make as much sense as NFL rules – @darrenrovell – Nick Saban will use former players to prepare his team for Clemson. It’s permitted under NCAA rules as long as names aren’t publicized.
Cool video of the day involves swimming in/under a frozen lake
The BionicGym will stimulate your leg muscles with electrical impulses which will make your heart race and sweat.
Shivering is Nature’s way to burn calories (heat) without doing anything. BionicGym trains you by stimulating your muscles to ‘shiver’. Astonishingly effective – a completely new way to train. At high intensity you’re breathless, sweating and the heart races. Or at easy levels you can burn calories even working. Invented by a doctor (who trained for a marathon with it on his couch!) and researched over 16 years, it is fully tested and proven -even in Zero-G with the European Space Agency.
