Tired of the same old Lost recaps? A new band called Previously on Lost has come up with a unique way to celebrate the series: Each week they’ll post a song on their MySpace page that summarizes the show and offers commentary.

Season 3 was when they took that mid-season hiatus. HUGE mistake at the time, but it looks like the rating have rebounded somewhat with the start of this season.

As for who is Ben’s contact on the ship, my money is on Michael, Walt’s father.
And here’s another theory, albeit a stretch. Remeber that one episode that had the backstory of Ben’s childhood and how he was in love with that little girl. What if that girl was the one he shot last night? That the girl is searching for Ben, a long lost love. Yup, a bit of a strech, but who knows?
