RescueMarriage.org is the brain-child of concerned Christian and political activist John Marcotte, who felt strongly that Prop 8 did not go far enough in protecting traditional marriage. With the help of attorney’s and friends, Marcotte is attempting to ban divorce in the State of California.
DETROIT (CBS) When Aimee Louise Sword, a central Michigan woman, used the Internet to locate a son she gave up for adoption over a decade ago, few could imagine that the reunion of the two could lead to anything sinister.
But police allege exactly that, saying that Sword, 35, seduced her long-lost biological son and had sex with the teenage boy sometime after they were reunited.
Somewhat related, this woman is looking for the father of her baby – all because of a one night stand.
Saluda (WLTX) – A Saluda man got his final wish Tuesday, as he was buried in his car with all his guns.
Lonnie Holloway died Thursday, September 3 after 90 years and friends say he always talked about how he wanted to be buried in his 1973 Catalina.
Tuesday, Holloway got his final wish.
The man was buried in his car after a service at Rock Hill Baptist Church in Saluda. Hundreds of onlookers made their final memories with Holloway, snapping picture after picture.
“This is what Mr. Holloway wanted,” said the pastor conducting the graveside service.
“Amen,” responded the attendees.
