Bag of Randomness

  • Since WifeGeeding was prescribed bedrest due to high blood pressure and had a follow up doctor appointment the following morning, I tried to play the role of a good husband and drive her to the appointment missing my morning at work.  Unfortunately her blood pressure was still high and I had to take her to the hospital and check her in to Labor and Delivery.  We didn’t knew if we were going to be there for a few hours or a few days.  If the blood pressure was bad enough, they were going to have to induce labor, luckily it went down significantly while she was there and we got to go home after three or four hours, but she’s still on bedrest.
  • I still fear WifeGeeding goes into labor during the series finally of LOST.
  • While walking into the hospital I spotted this odd looking vehicle:
  • While leaving the hospital I spotting this interesting vehicle:
  • I’m a little tired of those Ford commercials where people have their cars swapped and the fall in love with the Ford.  I mean, come on, if some gave me a new car with the latest features of course I would prefer the new car over my old car.
  • I like Mike Rowe, I think he’s as good spokesman for Ford, but can we get some more of Jill Wagner?
  • Make a stamp out of your baby’s foot and hand prints
  • If you own season tickets, this might help you make some money
  • N.J. woman recognizes U.S. Census worker from sex-offender registry
  • Tom Selleck and Donnie Wahlberg are going to be NYC cops in a new CBS series, I think I’m looking forward to that.
  • Glenn Beck & Jerry Falwell Jr. unite against ’social justice’
  • What I’m not looking forward to is moving Survivor to Wednesdays and The Big Bang Theory to Thursdays.
  • I always thought it was weird that when it comes to the county tax assessor-collector, that when you pay and receive mail from them it’s almost like you are dealing with a single person and that it’s some kind of scam.  I would think instead of a person, you would be dealing, or at least feel like you are dealing with an actual office.  I hope that makes sense.
  • One thing I don’t like about texts . . . sometimes I can’t tell if they are just sent to me or a group.
  • Hey Peggy, a special someone is waiting for Micah to be delivered and come home.

Random LOST Thoughts

  • We saw Kate stitch up Jack in the pilot episode, now we see Jack stitching up Kate in the last regular episode.  We saw the castaways just focus on surviving in the pilot, now we see them becoming the hunters.
  • The only way Jacob was able to make himself visible to everyone was to burn his own ashes.
  • It was nice of Jack to extend some grace to Sawyer.  Did you catch it?  Sawyer asked or told Jack that he was responsible for the deaths of those on the sub, and shifted the blame to UnLocke and also offered Sawyer some perspective.
  • I’m quite interested in seeing who’s the mother of Jack’s son.  It seems the only two women we have not seen in the sideways world is Shannon and Juliet.  My money is on Juliet.  There’s the minor chance it could be Julie Bowen, but I doubt it.  Sidenote: I love Julie Bowen, but just don’t think she’s a good comedic actress, her new sitcom Modern Family being my proof.
  • I guess it’s confirmed that the Jacob in the cabin was really the Man in Black all along.  What a devilish way to get Ben so upset that MIB was able to persuade Ben to kill the real Jacob for him.
  • We gotta find out the meaning behind one of the first images we saw in season premiere . . . how The Island became submerged.  Is it because Jack killed UnLocke and doomed The Island?
  • I don’t think we’ve seen the last of Richard Alpert.
  • Desmond and Kate are going to a concert, it has to be Charlie’s band Drive Shaft performing, and I bet everyone meets up at this venue.  And why do I have a feeling “Good Vibrations” will be played.  Remember Charlie playing that before he died?
  • Rousseau looks nice all dressed up.
  • It would be nice to see sideways Vincent.

‘Single Ladies’ Tots Are Back With More Sexy Dancing

A very young precision dance troupe started quite a scandal last week when a YouTube video featuring a group of 7- and 8-year-old girls wearing midriff-baring tops and short skirts dancing to Beyonce’s ‘Single Ladies’ hit the web. Although a World of Dance representative and the girls’ own parents claimed the dance was “taken out of context,” this isn’t the first time these young dancers have caused a stir by acting grown up during dance competitions. Here, the girls perform ‘My Boyfriend’s Back’ at the 2009 Hall of Fame Nationals:
