- I’m taking the rest of this week and all of next week off of work but have nowhere to go, we’re on a budget and the kids are a handful at this age to take somewhere. The plan is to do a lot of things I always wanted to do around the house but have never gotten around to. The reality is that I’ll probably lose motivation and veg out.
- I finally got around to using a paint gun with my air compressor. Overall I think I did an okay job applying primer, but I probably over cleaned my spray gun, which may have not been a bad thing.
- The State Fair of Texas will have a fried Thanksgiving dinner and fried meat loaf. Above is a picture of fried King Ranch casserole.
- I had no idea there are hunting bikes made for bow hunters. Scooter, if i had the cash, this would be under your Christmas tree.
- I don’t see any Snorg t-shirt advertisements anymore. They had that one girl model that was all over the place, she was at every corner of the Internet.
- How States Stack Up in Generosity – Texas comes in at 13 behind such states I would think we would beat, such as Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama.
- Eleven-year-old adjusting to life as first-year TCU student – He’s going to be a quantum physicist and is taking 14 hours. I think I only took 12 my first semester, but then again, I really didn’t know any better.
