I thought it was pretty cool how the local newscasts were all sporting purple to cheer on TCU. There’s nothing like a sense of community. But I do tire of the story about how they are this tiny rinky-dink private school. I just saw a promotion video in which the school showed off their very own helicopter used in recruiting.
I’m so glad college football decided to kick-off an hour earlier than normal.
The championship pregame used Keith Jackson’s voice. He was great at calling a game.
So this was the best college football had to offer? I doubt a Super Bowl or NFL playoff has ever been so lopsided. The lopsided score doesn’t even reflect how overpowered Georgia was.
As for the Baylor and TCU rivalry, I’m sure Baylor fans are basking in joy over TCU’s embarrassing play.
I hate that it is now a trend that newly crowned champions smoke cigars. It’s unhealthy and shows zero class.
Per my Google year in review, I visited 44 cities in 2022. That number seems small.
When I was young, I used to eat graham crackers dipped into hot tea for a snack. Actually, I still do, but I got to wondering if that was an odd thing for anyone to do. A quick search on The Google showed me that I’m not an oddity when it comes to this, and you can actually buy graham cracker flavored tea.
I wonder if everyone would be showcasing Damar Hamlin’s jersey number if it was 69.
