- Last football picture of me, I promise. And to think I only suited up for one varsity game and didn’t even get any time on the field.
- I took WifeGeeding and BoyGeeding to the Schlotzsky’s in Coppell yesterday. About five or six cops walked in for lunch right after us. One of them made BoyGeeding’s day when he walked over and gave him a sticker that looked like a police badge. It’s the little things, yo.
- I’ve really been enjoying NBC’s ‘Better Late Than Never’. There’s just something about following these cultural icons around and hearing them talk about accomplishments and lessons learned, and they just seem fun to be around. But the moments I probably cherish the most is when Henry Winkler gives us a little bit of the Fonz.
- I caught the NFL Network’s ‘The Timeline’ on Peyton Manning preparing for the 2013 season. The man may have been born with a lot of quarterback genes and financial resources, but he didn’t rest on his laurels and worked hard at improving in all aspects of the game. I knew the guy was dedicated to his craft, but had no idea just how dedicated, and how ticked he got when a coach didn’t take time to correct him on something.

Loved all the Football Pics. Thanks for sharing!
We are a family of teachers on both sides of my marriage.. all K-5. They all spend a ton of their own money. It goes to kids that don't have them, lose them and cant afford to replace, make the classroom a better place, etc. Several friends in higher grades, it doesn't seem to be nearly as big a deal there, but I am not as familiar.
– I also enjoyed all of the football pics, and not a single repeated jersey number!
– There will always be coding, at least until the day of the EMP apocalypse
