DaughterGeeding (or as LiberallyLean would call her, the Kindergartner In The House) has a spelling test today. Typically, a spelling test at that age level wouldn’t be difficult, but she has to underline, double underline, and put numbers above and below certain parts of the words.
It was interesting listening to Gordon Keith of The TICKET express his feelings about cleaning out his parents belongings after their recent deaths. You have a tendency to go through everything because you might find a sentimental treasure. There are times when you just want to throw it all out, but then you also kind of hear their voices in the background saying this is OK but perhaps not that.
