Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are five of the biggest religions in the world. Over the last few thousand years, these religious groups have shaped the course of history and had a profound influence on the trajectory of the human race. Through countless conflicts, conquests, missions abroad, and simple word of mouth, these religions spread around the globe and forever molded the huge geographic regions in their paths.
A Hindu enclave in S. America?
It was interesting to see how Christianity popped up in multiple places at once in Europe. All others had a single source and grew outward.
I thought the Hindu enclave in S.America was odd too. Must have an interesting story attached
I hate the BCE/CE nomenclature, it's like they are going out of their way to distance themselves from Christianity.
The Hindu enclave is in Guyana. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indo-Guyanese
