While at my local grocery store during checkout I realized I forgot my wallet. Actually, I have two wallets and that’s a longer story, but the cashier said the items would be held at guest services when I get back. When I got back, they were already bagged and all I had to do was pay for them – I was impressed.
I’ve been researching bbq smokers as of late, especially comparing vertical to side smokers. It seems the cheaper the smoker, the more modifications you need to do to control temperature and to make sure the ashes have a place to fall.
According to this article, alligators are native to the North Texas area, I had no idea.
If given a choice to go to the future or the past, I’d choose future nine out of ten times.
Gov Glasses with Good Hair was in Dallas for a pro-Israel event. Off hand, I’m not sure how that’s related to governing Texas.

The first issue of The Rope (ask your wife) that I ever read was about the SBC attacking Baylor, with the moderates on campus entrenching themselves on the river and putting AA guns on the ALICO building. It was good stuff.
I'm telling you man, go with the Weber Smokey Mountain. It's an excellent starter smoker. Follow the instructions in Low and Slow, and the temperature will not budge more than a few degrees. I've had mine for about three years, an wouldn't go with an offset at this point unless I really wanted to go big.
I just got a new Oklahoma Joe's offset, horizontal smoker. I looked at the vertical ones, but it seems it is easier to control temp with the horizontal.
If you saw a pickup with a similar theme except it was muslim, how do you think the genpop would react?
