Another part of the video that stood out is the noise level, and how all the folks inside the circle moved out to save their hearing. NASA ended up with over 125,000 acres of nothing and had to move five cemeteries.

That Clarkson video is a tad misleading. They dump millions of gallons of water into the exhaust as part of the Sound Suppression System. That's not the same as making water from hydrogen and oxygen. Don't think I'd want to stand in that rain, either.
