And what if Dez Bryant had done the exact same thing in the exact same situation. Pretty sure we'd have seen yellow flags raining down and Joe Buck's head would have exploded from his righteous indignation.
Technically it would be delay of game, not unsportsmanlike conduct. But yeah, Romo should have drawn a flag but it was still funny. Best part is Jared Allen's reaction.
If you watch the next few seconds you can see Romo and the ref grinning at one another. I think Romo probably said something and did it. These guys actually do get along on and off the field and it was probably just a funny episode to them.
