I visited the Dallas Morning News website and the lead story was on the Baker Hotel in my hometown of Mineral Wells. The mystery and nostalgia of that building has always captivated me, and I even have a picture of it hanging in my house.
I bought a Google Chromecast yesterday and so far I really like it. I had a little trouble with setup as I couldn’t get my Chromebook to recognize the device, but I was able to complete the setup using my phone. At first I was pretty concerned as video seemed to lag on the television, but after shutting down the computer and playing with it after an hour with numerous other videos the lagging was resolved. One cool feature I like is that I can play video using one of my tabs on my Chrome browser casting it on the television and then being able to open another tab and surf without it affecting what’s on the television. Also, the quality of the video was much higher than I expected.
There’s a lot of talk about Miley Cyrus’ song “Wrecking Ball” but I’ve never heard it and don’t have any plans on listening to it.

I've been debating getting a Chromecast, just to make it easier to watch Netflix. I'll be interested to see how you feel about it in a week or so, once you've had time to get used to it.
