Last night was date night for us and we took advantage of a gift certificate to the Estilo Gaúcho Brazilian Steakhouse in Frisco. I mentioned before how friendly, attentive, and professional the staff were, and once again they exceptional. We also think they are the best Brazillian steakhouse in all of DFW when it comes to food and highly recommend it.

Fox Sports 1, the all sports channel that will seriously challenge ESPN starts on Saturday. If you are a DirecTV subscriber, it will be on channel 219. I tuned out on ESPN a long time ago because Sports Center was nothing but fluff, so I welcome the competition which should increase quality.
