  • I’m starting to not follow breaking news and just play catch up later.  For instance it sounded like the Texas Lottery was officially put to pasture, and then it’s back again.  I didn’t follow the story close at all yesterday, but there seemed to be a lot of knee jerk reactions.
  • I’ve never been much a fan of the brat.

  • As much as a non-Baylor fan as I am, I don’t think the press has been properly covering how the university has been helping with the West tragedy.  I’m also a bit curious how President Obama will be welcomed on campus.  This will mean the past two administrations have visited the campus, which has to be a pretty big straw in their cap.

    ~~I often say, "I am tired of complaining about the ____, I am ready to complain about the ___", inserting heat/cold into the appropriate field during the appropriate season.
