I heard FOX News was complaining about U.S. athletes not showing enough patriotism

I wonder how they feel about this.

I'm sure they will crop or Photoshop out the Mexican flag. They were singling out the women's gymnastics team in particular for not wearing red, white and blue, but in the finals they were wearing flag uniforms. FOX News Channel stinks.

Colbert dealt with the FOX rant the best by wearing an American Flag lapel pin attached to his American Flag lapel pin.

I don't watch Fox but even I stopped at this pic. I always lean towards Ruben Navarette on all things Immigration (even though his major downfall is that he's a Republican…no one can be perfect). And, I completely agree with what he wrote up on this: http://www.cnn.com/2012/08/10/opinion/navarrette-
We actually saw his race. Funny thing – I cheered for him as the U.S. competitor. Antonio cheered because he was a Mexican representing the U.S. We were both glad when he pulled out that second place win – albeit from different perspectives. But, waving the Mexican flag was poor judgment. If his parents hadn't migrated to the U.S., I guarantee you that Mexico would have never been able to cultivate his talents and give him the opportunity to compete in the Olympics. That only came about from being in the U.S. I'm glad he's proud of his birth heritage. But, the Olympics are a place of representing your country – in this case, the country that got you there. I'm sorry but Mexico had nothing to do with it apart from offer up the hospital where he was born.
