I watched the whole thing, and I thought JS was right on. I feel I'm a "best canidate" voter and it turns my stomach that so many people take what Fox news says as the truth. I read and watch all different programs so that I can come up with my own educated opinion and not just what the crazy Hannity or Beck says. It's scary that they can effect an election with the half truths and that so many people won't educate themselves. rock on John Stewart….

The strange thing is that Wallace didn't understand that Stewart is on the Comedy Channel so his focus is satire and he isn't required to be fair or balanced, only funny. Wallace kept thinking of Stewart's show as a news show and thought he should be held to different standard. Interestingly, Wallase claimed that Fox is fair and balanced but then saiid that because most of the media is left-leaning, Fox provides a conservative slant to their storries to provide a rightwing perspective . But that isn't the definition of balanced news. It's a form of "counterbalanced" news. They should probably change their slogan.

    Stewart is genius… the fox crew… meh…

It's not complicated; Stewart job is to do comedy. It does seem that fox folks are always looking for a boogie man.
