    I thought the same thing when I read that it was in Garland. Why Garland?

    I have never had a In & Out burger but I hear such wonderful things about it. How good can a hamburger be?

    Oh boy…their hamburgers are the best! Everything is fresh…once you eat their fresh cut and cooked fries, you will know why they are the best on the West Coast. 🙂
