And for you Ticket listeners, his tweets read like the Fake Wade, quite hilarious.
Even the most conservative right wing radio hosts of KTCK Sports Radio 1310 The Ticket don’t have a problem with the president addressing school children.
I was in Lubbock the other night and snuck into my friend Jonathan’s house and was able to snap this pic. For shame!
There’s a commercial for the Winstar Word Casino that plays all the time that is located just past the border in Oklahoma. They claim it’s the world’s fifth largest casino. I highly doubt that, and from the pictures on the commercial, it looks kind of budget.
Sometimes, we all just don’t know how good we have it.
Three day weekends are good.
Every Labor Day I always wonder, will this be Jerry Lewis’ last?
I always wondered how he got involved with the MDA. Most of the time a celebrity will back a cause they are personally or someone close to them is struck with the disease, but I’m not sure with Lewis.
As far as casinos go, Winstar is great. The whole "largest" casino thing is probably true, because it is HUGE. It would take you about 30 minutes to walk from end to end, but that is what makes it great. Even when the place is PACKED, you don't feel that crowded and there are plenty of slot machines and tables to play. IMO, it is better than anything that Shreveport has to offer, except that they charge a $.50 per hand tax in card games, and that adds up pretty quick. I thought I would hate it, but it is actually really nice…and you get free soft drinks!
WinStar most certainly is the 5th largest casino in the world – and if you vivsited, i think you'd be surprised by the size and the decor. It is a piece of Vegas right on the border of TX and OK. Come check it out!
1. I don't get the whole boycott the president speech idea. I think it is completely ignorant. After watching Bush get bashed to pieces by the left over 8 years, I always thought there needed to be a baseline respect for the President just because of his position –no matter how much you disagree with his policies. Now it's the right that needs that lesson.
2. After spending 10 days in the hospital, i'm forever thankful for closed captioning

I took the blade out, and I just put them in there to make fur tornados.
(and for our cat-friendly readers that would be a joke…)
