I thought they pronounced it here o sh ma–as opposed to a western here o she ma. I remember a Japanese woman telling me one time that they typically don't emphasize syllables.
From my time spent living in Japan, I learned they pronounced it as Pete says.

you can go to the wikipedia entry for hiroshima. it has an audio link at the top, but you have to have an ogg codec installed.
you can try merriam-webster.com, but i think they have the american pronunciation.
you can go to forvo.com and hear it spoken by a real japanese person.
