I found a pretty darn cool website, MTV Music.com. From my understanding, it’s every music video they have played at your fingertips which you can embed in high quality. I found it interesting checking out their Most Viewed and Top Rated videos since they range from the past to present. And I also discovered when you search via artist it includes Pop Up Videos and MTV News clips. I spent wayyyyy too much time on this website but thoroughly enjoy my trip down memory lane.
Speaking of the past, thanks to the Internet Rick Astley’s career is starting to bud again, he’ll be performing at MTV’s European Music Awards on Nov 6. Link

On the “tailfeather” song, I thought at first you made a typo with the “over 40” reference. Then it dawned on me: We’ve got an “old” tailfeather song from Ray Charles in the Blue Brothers movie and then a relatively new (?) hip hop version from the Bay Boys movie.
Dude, I love you, but I have to disagree with your Charlie Brown special assessment. I think A Charlie Brown Christmas is one of the greatest pieces of television ever created. Yeah, it’s grainy and slow-paced, but it’s also endearingly funny, and it’s the Gospel.
i love charlie brown cartoons and all. in fact, i even have the collection so i can watch it on halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. just a little something to remind me of home 😉
