Here is the scoop: I work as a Patrol Officer for a City Police Department in the DFW area. Due to the changing of the times, my Chief has authorized the officers in my department to purchase personal AR-15 style rifles for use in patrol functions . . .

Since I am an everyday Patrol Officer, I hear on consistant basis every excuse, complaint, comment, reason, explination, and contributing factor when dealing with a law breaker.
