Fantastic Inauguration Pictures

The Boston Globe does it again and provides some fantastic photos of yesterday’s events from all over the globe, including some satellite pics.  The high-resolution is just incredible.  In one picture, Obama is signing a document and you can see the engravings on his wedding ring.  Check out all of the photos here, but below is one that just kind of stuck out.

In this handout photo provided by the White House, a folder for U.S. President Barack Obama (the 44th president) is shown, left for him by Former U.S. President George W. Bush on the Resolute desk in the Oval Office of the White House January 20, 2009 in Washington, D.C. (Eric Draper/The White House via Getty Images)

And this photo wasn’t included, but I love how it shows an innocent moment between father and daughter right after his swearing in.  That girl is so gosh-darn-cute.

Now that Obama is removing much of the secrecy from government records, will he reveal the contents of the Presidents’ Book of Secrets?
