- I’ve grown too accustomed to my Chromebook that it was too hard to adjust to my new laptop. So, I ordered a few replacement parts for my Chromebook, fixed it, and returned my laptop for a full refund.
- Yesterday, a lot of the shows on The TICKET talked about the AT&T female pitcher commercial and the possibility of a woman actually making the majors, mainly because of this 17-year-old French shortstop. - Here’s an interesting court case. A colonoscopy patient used his smartphone to record his conversation with his doctor as a way to remember after-procedure-instructions, but he accidentally left the device on for the entire procedure. When he played it back, he heard the doctor mock and insult him, discussed avoiding him after the colonoscopy, instructing an assistant to lie to him, and then placed a false diagnosis on his chart. The link I provided also has some of the curse audio.

- Not that Galveston has the greatest beaches in the first place, but about a third of them are testing high for fecal bacteria.
- Last night the ‘CBS Evening News’ had a story about back seat seatbelt use and safety and referenced the death of A Beautiful Mind mathematician John Nash, who died in a car crash along with his wife, both of whom weren’t wearing a seatbelt while seated in the back. I was a bit surprised they didn’t reference their own Bob Simon as he died in very much the same way.
