  • Fargo Spoiler Alert – You should have heard the screams WifeGeeding and I let out last night.  We were watching the gunfight at the hotel, Hanzee is looking at the UFO, Ed and Peggy just threw some liquid at his face and starting to make a break for it . . . and then the DVR recording ends.  ARGHHHHH!  I had to quickly use my resources to find a copy of the episode so we could finish the episode.
  • When I told WifeGeeding that the girl in ‘Scream Queens’ that always wears earmuffs was the daughter of Carrie Fisher, she made an astute observation.  She asked if she did that to honor Princess Leia’s hairstyle that’s in the hair buns.  Personally, I doubt it, but it was a surprising observation from her.
  • A highlight of each December in our neighborhood is when the Lewisville Fire Department drives a firetruck through the area with Santa on top throwing candy.  You never really know when he’ll come, you just have to listen for the sirens each night.  However, this year, they provided a Santa tracking map which goes active when it gets dark and each firetruck with a Santa has GPS, so you can track him down pretty darn easily.
  • My washing machine, which is about 25 years old, is acting up slightly.  It leaks water only when the water level is on high and hot water is used.  It won’t leak water in any other circumstance.  I’m attempting to fix it myself, and right now the whole thing is in pieces.  If this doesn’t work out, I’m asking Santa for a new washer and dryer.
  • I’m pretty sure I’m going get a red light violation ticket from the City of Coppell and their stop light camera.  It was one of those things in which I got slightly distracted and thought I had plenty of time, but I don’t think I made it.
  • My neighbor that plays for our local NFL franchise played a game on Monday night and on early Tuesday afternoon he was doing yard work.  But this time, he was wearing a shirt.
  • Mark Hamill has stated he was contractually obligated to lose weight to return to the role of Luke Skywalker.  I think it would have been funny if he countered saying they should change the storyline so that he was required to gain weight, and Luke’s weight plays a significant role in the new movie.
  • What really gets me is that Mark Hamill is now older than Sir Alec Guinness was when the original Star Wars was filmed.  Hamill is 64 late, great Alec Guinness was 61 when filming first began in 1976.
  • A girl from Buzzfeed wrote about her first experience with a bidet.  As you know, I have one, and I love it, but I just haven’t gone into detail about it.  It’s not that I’m shy to do so, it’s just I know there are some sensitive people out there that have a low threshold for that kind of stuff.  However, she isn’t graphic in her details, though there some minor language and adult humor in the article.  She also tries the experiment with her lips using lipstick – wiping it off with tissue and then putting it back on and using a newly installed bidet for comparison.  Check it here if you are so inclined.
  • When we took our trip to Disney World, I really did miss my bidet.  My model is just a simple attachment that goes under the seat and was installed in less than ten minutes, and you can get it now for $40.  So far, the room temperature water in the winter hasn’t been an issue, so I’d forgo any model that adds warm water.  And besides, those are harder to install as you have to do some handy work and install an electrical outlet nearby.
