It appears that Baylor may actually win at something.

ATTLEBORO, Mass. – Tag, you’re out! Officials at an elementary school south of Boston have banned kids from playing tag, touch football and any other unsupervised chase game during recess for fear they’ll get hurt and hold the school liable.

There should be more of these around.  I remember growing up in the 80’s hearing how great life will be after the year 2000.  So far, my biggest disappointments have been no flying car and no hovering skateboards (from Back to the Future fame).
