WEEZER – Band member Rivers Cuomo had the nickname Weezer in school because of a breathing problem.
BEASTIE BOYS – According to Michael Diamond, BEASTIE stands for Boys Entering Anarchistic Stages Towards Internal Excellence.
HOOTIE AND THE BLOWFISH – from the nicknames of two friends of singer/guitarist Darius Rucker – one with owl-like eyes (Hootie), another with the puffy “Blowfish” cheeks.

Opening A Can of 20 Year Old Bacon
This site is dedicated to preserving the ever-popular Celebrity Foods Canned Bacon. Although this product hasn’t been on store shelves since K-Mart cancelled it more than a decade ago, join us in a opening a can of 20 year old bacon that was still just as fresh today as the day it was canned.
No mention if they actually ate it, but there are pictures of the bacon in the skillet.
