Bag of Randomness

  • The ratings are going to be sky high – Sarah Palin on Oprah.  I predict a couple of tense moments.
  • The popular costume last year was Joe The Plumber, I wonder if you will see a lot of “Balloon Boy” stuff this year.
  • Earlier this week there was a poll in which the results stated that less than 20% of Americans claim themselves as Republicans.  I don’t think that poll contacted anyone in Texas.
  • It’s always hard to start a diet when the people you work with fly in pizza from Chicago.
  • I got an invitation to try out Google Voice.  While signing up, it gives you the option of trying to use a word as your number, so now I have a phone number that looks like this –  (555) GEEDING.  Of course my area code isn’t 555, and all the local area codes in DFW were already taken, but at least I still have a Texas area code.
  • For my fellow U2 fans, a time waster.
  • I’m sure a lot of Evangelicals aren’t going to care, but there’s big news regarding Catholics and Anglicans.
  • I get sucked in everytime Shark Tank on ABC comes on the air.
  • An interesting read: Where Advertisers Can Connect with Athletes
  • This coyote had one wild ride – I wonder if he was chasing a road-runner?
  • First names appearing in the lyrics of the top five songs of every
    year from 1891 to present

  • Another time waster – zoom in, really zoom in on The Last Supper.
  • Bag of Randomness has been suffering for about a month, I have writer’s block and feel like I have nothing interesting to type.

Use the Two

image3012dollar

This site is dedicated to spreading the two dollar bill. There are many misconceptions and myths about this bill. The most common is that it is no longer printed or in circulation. This is not true! The $2 bill was first minted in its current style in 1976. It was used rarely and that supply lasted until 1995. They were minted again that year, and that supply lasted until 2003. The current supply is from series 2003A (like the bill above).
