Did the Rangers hand the Yankees their worst post season home loss in their storied history?
We may only have Cliff Lee for this year, but I’m soaking in every moment of his time here.
Yup, the Rangers should be leading the series 3-0. Much credit given to them and Ron Washington for keeping their heads in check after that first game collapse.
It’s still hard for me to believe that I stayed up late watching the Rangers play in the middle of October.
I’m tired of that Kid Rock song that TBS keeps on playing. But other than that song, TBS has been providing great coverage.
I bet the guys from The Ticket that are in NY are having the time of theirs.
After mowing the lawn for hopefully the last time this year I attempted a plumbing project that I thought would take 15 minutes. Well, after about three hours I decided on a temporary fix until I find more free time this weekend.
I found out one of my old coworkers died recently. What was odd was that I spoke to her recently asking if I could use her as a reference for my new job. She mentioned she recently moved from Boston to an assisted living place in Chicago to be closer to her daughters and asked me not to tell any of my other former coworkers and that there was nothing to fear as this was only a temporary thing. She died less than a week later. I found out about her death because her daughter sent an email from her mother’s account to some of the contacts in her account. I’ll miss you, Carolyn.
This super duper hi-res panoramic of Game 1 of Yankees/Rangers is pretty darn cool, just check out how close you can zoom. Seriously, it’s pretty amazing. I spent an embarrassingly amount of time looking into all of the suites. You start out with this view:
And you can zoom in as close to this:
