ARLINGTON — A man reportedly digging for aluminum cans inside a Cowboys Stadium parking lot waste bin early Sunday morning got more trash than he bargained for, officials said.
The man, whose name was not available, told police he climbed into the bin around 7:30 a.m. He was still inside when a garbage truck came by later that morning and collected the trash, Arlington police spokeswoman Tiara Ellis Richard said.
Around 10:45 a.m., the man was dumped out at the Arlington Landfill, where workers found him conscious and alert in a trash heap and called 911 for help.
