Monday through Saturday our ensemble cast of glamorous Nashville ladies live upper class lifestyles working and playing hard. Tossing Book Club for Bible Study, these ladies get together every week and on Sunday they ask for forgiveness and cleanse their fabulous little souls. Los Angeles is known for having all kinds of characters, but walking the streets as the Son of God in the City of Angels has a certain poetic ring to it. Thanks to smart phones and the miracle of social media, the sunglasses-sporting impersonator (real name: Kevin Lee Light) has gone from being just another West Hollywood oddball to human meme, with hundreds of pictures posted online as well as a devoted flock of Twitter followers via the @IsawJesusinLA feed.   • Looking at my credit card transactions online I saw a duplicate charge from a Wal-Mart made two days ago.  Thankfully we kept the receipt.  I called the credit card company who instructed me to go to the store who instructed me to call a phone number who told me it was a cashier error and a refund was already issued earlier in the day.  Going into the call I was expecting the bare minimum of professionalism and service from the phone associate but I couldn’t have been more wrong.
  • I did a lot of Christmas card envelope licking last night, which made me think of that classic Seinfeld episode.
  • The Rangers lose their aging – injury prone – team leader in striking out – inconsistent – can’t see the ball in the daylight – headcase to a division rival?  Sounds like a win/win to me.
  • The same fans that say they will never support the Rangers again after not signing Hamilton are the same ones that said the same thing when they let Pudge go.
  • David Hasselhoff drove KITT to a premier, and got a parking ticket.  Yup, that link has a picture of KITT with a parking ticket.
  • I’m part of a prayer chain email and someone is always asking us to remember the college students as they go through finals.  I thought about that prayer request when I ran across this picture recently.
