Bag of Randomness

• My first night with my CPAP machine was a little tougher than I thought, it’s gonna take some getting use to.  I think I made it only three-and-a-half hours with it on, but when I woke I felt more rested than usual.
• The University Park Police Department has a vehicle with a plethora of cameras that I hear helps with parking tickets and such.
• The ‘Seven Nation Army’ chant at sporting events was really cool three years ago, now it’s just annoying.
• I think it takes me about thirty-seconds longer than the rest of the world to understand exactly what a crowd is chanting at a sporting event.
• I have great admiration for Gregg Popovich but I didn’t like his strategy of not keeping Tim Duncan in the game.  San Antonio needed rebounds and his defense, but then again, I’m not the one with numerous championship rings on my resume.
• That was a crazy no foul call on Manu Ginobli’s last drive to the basket.
• The way the Heat was playing at the end of the third made me think they totally gave up, but they certainly had a lot of fight left back in them.
• I wonder if LeBron will start the next game without a headband.
• So that’s how a rat can climb up through a toilet.
• I found out by accident in both Google Docs and MS Word 2007 that if you type “–>” it is converted into an arrow symbol.
• Michelle Obama and her daughters had lunch with Bono in Ireland, I would have like to have been at that table.
• Maria Menounos is 35, and has been dating the same guy for 15 years?  She’s holding up well, but I’m surprised her boyfriend hasn’t but a ring on that thing.
• Speaking of folks that age well, Johnny Depp just turned 50.
• Dad rented out a movie theater so his kid could play video games
• Most workers hate their jobs or have ‘checked out,’ Gallup says
• Don’t feed bears at a church picnic, or anytime for that matter.
• A bicycle helmet made out of wood.
• The first and last scene on the last ‘Mad Men’ was the same, not to mention, Don did cry like a baby.  So there’s more symbolism for ya.
