
- So I’m watching one of my favorite shows last night, ‘Elementary’, and Watson (Lucy Liu) finds the murder victims ID and states she’s from Mineral Wells, Texas. That was quite a shocker, though the address doesn’t exist. I wonder how my hometown made it in the show. As a matter of fact, the town was mentioned three different times in the show.
- I shared this story once before, but I was in a bar in San Diego with my cousin and I got carded by the bouncer or doorman. He looked at my ID, then at me, back to the ID, and loudly asked, “Where the HELL is Mineral Wells, Texas?” I was kind of hoping Sherlock would say the same thing with his dapper English accent.
