- Ah, welcome back football. It’s official now. Even though I wasn’t looking forward to the Chiefs celebrating their Super Bowl win, I liked their brief ceremony. Basically, huge banners representing their previous Super Bowl championship teams with a living team member were introduced. I’m a sucker for honoring the past.
- Cowboys tight end John Stephens Jr. is the lowest-paid member of this year’s team, earning $796,000 for the 2024 NFL season. That’s almost 12 times the average Texans’ salary, $67,321.

- I posted about this place recently. This is the future of watching sporting events. They are not at Kyle Field; they are in a sports theater. I saw general admission tickets for this week’s Texas vs Michigan game for $22, but reserved tickets as high as $700.
The fact it took me real seconds to realize this was @cosmdallas and not actually Kyle Field is wild. Game watching here looks ELITE.
