There’s three or four of them I’m unfamiliar with, and I’m surprised TD Jakes didn’t make the list. And where the heck is Benny Hinn?!?!?! 
It will be interesting to see what this list will look like in the next decade.
Too bad Dale Patterson didn’t make the list, people just don’t know what they are missing out on.
