Palin and Supreme Court Cases
October 1st, 2008
I wonder if she would have been better off if she just said no rather than ramble on.
But for some reason, I have a feeling she’s going to do much better than expected on the debate.

The problem is she would say to “no” for most questions. This strategy did not work that well for Alberto Gonzales who used the answer, “Senator, I have no recollection of that conversation” about a hundred times during his congressional testimony over prosecutor firings. That issue has since been turned over to an Independent Counsel.
I think she should have said, ” I don’t know of any Supreme Court decisions but I have come up with a list of newpapers I read in answer to your question from a few days ago”.
