Back in 2001, Dallas Stars goalie, Ed Belfour was arrested for fighting with security guards and police at a Dallas hotel. While he was being taken in he offered the police officers $1 billion if they let him go.
Another example of how everything is bigger in Texas. Even the bribes and faulty checks.
