Oh, I can’t believe I forgot to post this. After we got back from NY about a month ago I decided to check on what a first class ticket could cost just from San Fran to Saigon rountrip so I can power my laptop the whole time. Care to take a guess? $19,500 for ONE roundtrip ticket. I kid you not. Business class was over $5,000 per roundtrip ticket. Yup, we’ll be rolling in coach.
After we land in Saigon, we are off on a two and a half hour ride to the town of My Tho.
If you are wondering what the time change will be for us, Vietnam is ahead 13 hours of Texas time.
