Reuters was 'smart' enough to post a picture of one of the evacuee's debit card, with the account number and experation date visable. Maybe you might need a PIN or something, but I think most of the time you can use a debit card like a credit card - at least I have.

Don't worry, I'm sure that card's balance was drained dry in no time flat before that picture was taken.
